I know this is a long shot. Does anyone have a late model black/grey seat cover set in their parts collection? The driver's seat on my 85 is really bad.

I checked MWB and C. Obert before i asked. I really need the seat bottom. The back has a bad seam, but the bottom is completely blown out.

You might want to call Matt if you haven't. He drug home some late model x's in the recent past and may be able to sell you a whole used, but good, seat.

I shoulda known... Between you and Jim and Greg...

all the really WOW stuff can be found in any of your supplies! The thought came to me as well that it just MIGHT be a good thing to install in the MacX car. Costly and probably not up to date for CDs and MP3 players... but a "neat" thing to have and install in an "appropriate" vehicle.

Not that I need ANYTHING or even want, or spend the money on these kinda things... but I am still IMPRESSED, and for some damn reason, even envious! HA!

TonyK and Bob Martin had a shop in Kentucky create reproductions of late model seat skins, and IIRC they were the gray and black.

Maybe you could find the shop contact info with a search?
