Anyone have Vick's SS braided brake lines?

I had a set.... worked fine. Then I installed the Whoa brakes conv and those calipers came with hoses.... and then one day I wasn't thinking and hooked my ground for my welder to my control arm and did some welding on my car..... to find that the hose made a good ground from the control arm to the car..... and got hot...... and started leaking brake fluid. lol.....

But I like em.... they firm up the pedel feel a bit.... but running good brake pads does that too..... together they make the pedel feel really good.... once the pads are properly burned in.

Midwest-Bayless's comparable set is more expensive than Vick's, but M-B's is going to fit better because of the shape of the near-end fittings.

I noticed in the pick the blocky end that triggered my question really. I also have a front set from Matt and are nice and look great.

Thanks for the feedback Dan and Mr. Auto - sorry Dr. Auto :)
