... I saw this very same car in Nov 2008.

The owner has it for sale - last seen on Seattle Craigslist for $4000.
1500cc engine, modified bits. Originally the owner is from southern CA; came to Seattle and stayed.

Listed as a 1975 FAZA (parts) Fiat.

Or an Abarth Rallye Replica. Depends on your mood.
