attaching door panels

I thought there were some older threads on this, but couldn't find one.

I'll need to re-attach my door panels again soon and I'm wondering if there has been any good alternative developed for doing this? Is it always a matter of using this sort of plastic retaining clip? Is it even possible to find the original plastics clips for the X anymore?

Simple.

Military Grade Velcro from a fabric supply house. Just use contact cement on the door and velcro and the door card and it will never let you down again.

I have done it to my car 5 years ago and it does not move.

Amazon offers industrial strength Velcro brand hook & loop fastener if you choose to go that way. But for the price it's tough to beat the Classic Ricambi deal on the OE style clips.
