Body panel removal

Ok need some more help how do I remove this panel so as to repair it can't figure it out

Rmove the taillights first and I think you'll find the same fasteners hold that center panel in place. You might have the take the whole back panel off to get the the tailite fasteners...don't remember for sure

Thanks to your info I have the body panel off and I'm prepping it to refinish thanks again
