How hard is it to do a rebuild? How many things have to be adjusted? The kti is real cheap, luckily. I've only owned F.I. vehicles for long periods of time, so I don't know carbeurators at all.<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

[FONT=Trebuchet MS, Verdana, Tahoma, Arial]<!-- google_ad_section_start -->It really depends on what you mean by rebuilding - a new float, jets and gasket is dead easy. The same applies to the acceleration pump, but replacing the o-seals on the mixture screws leads to a problem, namely getting the thing working again.

It is however well worth doing - the level of wear is quite remarkable. Add to that the fact that a clean shiny carburettor is a great thing to have, and the difficulties just fade away.

You shouldn't need to worry about replacing the venturi's, but the choke butterflies and spindles are worth attending to although you have to be VERY careful with the refitting of these! They can be hard to get out and even harder to get back in!<!-- google_ad_section_end -->
