Crankcase Breather with Duel Carbs

Anyone who has duel carbs, what did you do with the crankcase breather? Did you vent it to atmosphere or did you route it to a filter box?

I'm using an air filter that covers both carbs. It was made by Sprint Filter circa 1980. It has a port to hook up the breather hose.

I routed my breather to a catch can. It has a drain at the bottom which can be opened periodically
in order to empty any accumulations.

I use something like this.

Vented to atmosphere.

I'm sure it adds up to 10HP

Same as Mike. There is an empty bracket with round hole in center on left side of engine compartment that you can stick the hose fitting through downward and then attach the hose from below. On left side of pic.

Back in the 1980s I was installing my Webers side by side with my dad who was rebuilding the Webers on his 250 Ferrari. I set up my crankcase breather just like the Ferrari 250. Straight down to the ground.

I fitted a small catch tank on the left strut tower base (see pic).
Hose comes from the vent elbow on the crank case.
It has a screw-on draining vent.
