Delta wheels on a scorpion

There are a set of Delta wheels on FB for sale.
Will they bolt on my scorpion with no issues? Please see the picture from an ad from Montehospital for a front Bumper.

You might want to dbl. check but I think stock wheels are 22 degree offset.
