Dipstick tube leak

Oil is seeping from the bottom of the dipstick tube. Before I attempt to remove the tube I want to make sure it is threaded into the block. Advice?

To answer your question, yes it is threaded.Mine was hard to remove and motor was on the engine stand.Have you replaced the dip stick seal?

If the engine breather is plugged, blowbye can pressurize the case and and force oil up the dipstick. It does not look like this is the case on your dipstick, and it takes a fair amount of blowbye. It might be worth checking the cyclonic filter though.
