My mechanic used an air driven impact driver and they came right off. I don't know why yours are not budging; I don't know if there are differences in impact drivers. An air impact is the preferred method. I have used both with success. On one car that the screws were already stripped, I drilled the heads, removed the door and then turned the screws out with a pair of vise grips.

torch on the bolts first , then they came out pretty easy with the impact.
the two bolts that had stripped heads i drilled off the head and once the
door was off the threaded part came out with pliers, quite relieved now!
