Fiat 850 Spider/Racer Hobrecht roll bar

Vintage original Hobrecht roll bar for the Fiat 850 Spider & 850 Racer. Overall good used condition, needs sanding/repainting (has some surface rust), includes set of 4 metal base backing plates (not shown). Still has the old-school decal with the Hobrecht "SS" guy intact, too!

One of those funky little characters from the '70's, similar to the Bud Man (Budweiser), etc.. I think the "SS" in this case was probably for "SuperSport" or something similar? Or maybe he was a Safety Nazi? :confuse2: Not sure...
