Fiat Freak Out, July 8-11, 2010

Has FFO ever come to West?

There are less than 20 members of FLU in California, so don't count on it. The most western chapter of FLU is in Colorado and has suggested one to be held there, but it was "too far away" for most of the membership.

We have some real good multi day events out here:
The France & Italy show is great, and if Fiat America makes another big thing out of it and you like driving, it can be a lot of fun. Always first Sunday in November.
The Mirafiori folks put on their yearly bash outside of Ashland Oregon on the third weekend of July, it's a great laid back event compared to what the FLU folks put on. I enjoy it because it's lack of commercialism.
And the Fiat America folks have put on great long weekend events in relationship to the Monterey Historics years past. Even if they don't do a big extended meet, Monterey has become a huge event not to miss. Always the third weekend in August. This is one of the first years the local Autocross club is not putting on an event the Sunday before, but there are two races this year in August for them.

And I know the Seattle club puts on a few big events every year, someone???

And I though my drive from buffalo would be alot..

If you do go, and come through or near Buffalo let me know and perhaps I'll tag along.

I had emailed the president of FLU and he pretty much echoed your comment on lack of users.

I need to send in my membership to Fiat America and start attending meetings, events etc. Really looking forward to those.

I'll definitely be there

since it's finally close to me. I've been travelling 10-16 hours to get to various FFOs so I'm excited about driving only 4. My only problem is how am I going to drive three Fiats there? The venue is absolutely beautiful, the roads are magnificent and there will be a hoard of Fiats. What else could we ask for?
