Franken X was much worst then this one, however , there is alot of work rebuilding that car, it will need some serios $$$$ and hard work.
I am not sure I would start again such a job
I can post you old photos , maybe it wll make you feel better , but I am pretty sure there is going to be ALOT of rust you cannot see , but u'll notice the holes when you play arrounf with the welding lamp. make it all apart and then sand blast it , this is the best ideea to figure out how much rust is there.
