interesting items... I like them but I question the usage. I had something similar on my car but it vibrated the car so much I took them off. I dont know if I had them mounted wrong or was missing something. Have you ever used them or experienced them on your car?
 
Unfortunately they were not on the car when I got it. But since the previous owner was Hill climb racing the car I assume they are for race setup. I do remember reading a post or article from Midwest Bayless where Matt installs them on his race setup cars. But don't quote me on that. He would probably be able to tell you more about them.
