How do I delete old posts?

I have several posts that have no replies and don’t need replying. How can I delete them ?

I think the issue is this: Users are able to delete their own posts as Bjorn shows above, but users are not allowed to delete entire threads - even threads they started - because deleting a thread would remove the content of other users as well. It appears that a thread that contains a single post is treated as a thread starter for purposes of deletion. There might be a hack around this but I can sorta see why it is thus.

I don't think there are any editing time limits so you could simply edit your original post as no longer needed/applicable.
