You don't say what your car has already, but if you've done everything you want to your car already then by all means get these. I think springs are important too.
If these are other than brand-new, $600 seems like an awful lot of money...

Good used Konis are probably still worth close to that since they are no longer available. If you really want a set, they are certainly worth the price. Custom double adjustable units for the X from other manufacturers (like Advanced) are in the range of $400 EACH!!!
I love mine. I currently have four sets and last year paid $600 for a set of brand new ones. If you really want your car to handle well, then they are the way to go. If you aren't willing to get (or don't already have) proper wheels and tires, springs and fresh bushings, then you are probably wasting your money.
