The guage is reading at just below 55 while driving.

Anyone have any suggestions on a fix? Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

[FONT=Trebuchet MS, Verdana, Tahoma, Arial]<!-- google_ad_section_start -->Hi there.. there are two possibilities.. most likely is that the switch for the light has failed. It's located at the top of the block just below the cylinder head on the spark plug side of the motor, just about in the middle. Turn the key on, and pull the wire off the switch. If the light goes out, you've found the problem. If the light stays on, then the problem is the wire to the switch is shorted to ground. Good luck,
