Quick ?? About Cam Belt Backing Plates

There are four sheet metal plates behind the cam belt that fasten to the block/head and the yellow plastic cam belt covers.

Can all four of these be removed without taking off pulleys? I would like to get them powerdcoated while I R&R the timing belt and tensioner bearing.

On my '80, yes

but it's a carbed model. Not sure if the FI models have the same timing cover backing plate fasteners.
