Started polishing my Intake...

True Classic
After posting a couple of pics while I was doing my heater valve mod, I felt ashamed of how my intake looks :rolleyes2:- so I started to address it. Wire wheels followed by various grades of wet & dry. The "Bertone" cover apparently fell off years ago according to the PO.

I put red in the "FIAT" to match the car :D

Will still need much more work, but it's a good start...

Nice work Hussein... wanna know a secret?

Try Meguir's Tire Dressing in the BIG BLACK SPRAY CAN ($5.00 or so) and hit the entire engine bay with it... then wipe it down.

It'll make all your hoses and wiring look like FACTORY NEW and it lasts about 10 times longer than Armor All. Also an easy clean-up and doesn't bother the paint or any other metals...

Plenum and engine bay look great! Very clean.

(couple of other amazing polishing compounds-FLITZ, only avilable in USA-does a good job on headlight lens', and my favourite-WICKED PRODUCTS Metal Polish-yellow plastic container with black label)

Cheers,

Walter

Forgot to mention you need a good polishing wheel and about 10 hours worth of effort.
