you cannot hotlink from the book of faces.
You will have to set up an online host like www.photobucket.com and host the image there, and then you can hotlink it using the

Search the X1/20 forum for a write-up of how I did mine. And to give credit where due, I got the idea from Darren Cooksey in the UK, although I have no idea if he was the "original" inventor of this modification.

You could probably use the quad taillights from a Fiat 850 Sport Coupe (not 850 Coupe) or European-version Fiat 128 Rally. These are similar in size & appearance to the Opel GT lights, & usually available (new or used) on eBay Italy or eBay Germany.
The USA type lenses are all-red, the Euro type are bi-color like this:
I might have a set of the USA type that you could borrow to design/fabricate a rear taillight panel on your Scorpion? (will have to look in storage)
