I think it reveals what that media thinks of a politician's word that no matter how many times he says no and how many ways he says it they still think it means maybe. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if he has no intentions to ever run for president.

He seems like the kind to just be up front about things. Besides, wouldn't his greatest strength of being straightforward and honest take a beating if he reverses on such strong denials?:hmm:

This was his first elected office, no?

Maybe the constant teasing of "maybe-will-maybe-won't" with Palin has just created a market for this sort of journalistic speculation. Good for a few days on the news cycle.
