The X1/9 is driving GREAT

I have posted most of the summer about problems with my car. I thought I would post about how great the car is running now.

I just drove 250 miles (200 highway) and the temperature gauge never got above 200 and the fan never even came on. Outside temperaturemis around 90.

I got 30 mpg and the new struts/bearings/bigfoots made the car handle great on the back roads.

I am knocking on wood.

I lost my signature

I drive an 87 X1/9. I need to get back my signature.

How do I do that again? I know it is simple, but I can not seem to find my preferences.

I snuck over to your place and glued the temp gauge at 190, disconnected the fan wiring and made a small hole in your gas tank so you would "only" get 30 MPG.

I wish you had done all that earlier and I would not have stripped all the parts off the 128 in the parking lot to pay for my repairs.
