Throttle Linkage Part Missing

OK, got the 128 running and discovered the throttle linkage is messed up. It appears part of the throttle linkage is missing. The end of the rod near the carb is not connected to anything, just resting against another lever with a ball link on it. Does anyone know what part I need from the pictures?

That is my guess anyway. It is a springy steel clip that goes around the throttle rod and then captures the ball on the carb.
