Timing belt difference?

What is the differences between a 1300 timing belt and a 1500? Just shorter?

If you have a lot taken off the head and cam box, you end up with a lot of slack in the belt. If the 1300 is shorter, is this a replacement to reduce the amount of slack?

Tensioner bearing

When I had a shaved cam box and head I ran a 1300 bearing which is a bit larger diameter.

Got one by mistake and could not put it on my 1500. I have a shaved head on my 1500 done by Matt and he said to use a 1300 belt tension bracket and pully to get everything in line without the use of a adjustable cam pully.
