I asked Snap-On for one (Part number kindly provided by Steve H.)
But the cost is almost $50! ouch... Specially for a tool that you may only use once every two or three years.

Note: This tool is an 11/16 (Not exactly a 17mm)
for the 19mm head bolts the P/N is: S9513C
But now I have mixed feelings, because some people recommends re-torque after 500 miles or after a hot-cold cycle and others say that you should not re-torque.

My solution, since I was NOT going to pull cambox and intake, was to weld a cut down 19 mm box end wrench to a 3/8" socket. with the right combinations of extensions and u-joints I got to all the bolts. The Snap-On P/N is: S8663B, the tool lists @ $42.25 plus S&H which should be close to $50.
Note: This tool is an 11/16 (Not exactly a 17mm)
for the 19mm head bolts the P/N is: S9513C
But now I have mixed feelings, because some people recommends re-torque after 500 miles or after a hot-cold cycle and others say that you should not re-torque.

My solution, since I was NOT going to pull cambox and intake, was to weld a cut down 19 mm box end wrench to a 3/8" socket. with the right combinations of extensions and u-joints I got to all the bolts. Got about 1/4 turn on most(to reach rec. torque).Hope this helps!<!-- google_ad_section_end -->
