Believe it, it's there. It has been a long time since I have seen the movie, but I believe the scene is after the point where they have gone to Mexico, picked up the van made of pot, and come back across the border to go to the big 'battle of the punk bands'...
The camera pans across an intersection as one of the main characters is crossing the street, and you get a good look at a brand-new-looking white X1/9 just sitting there in traffic waiting for the light to change
As a side note, there is another movie I once saw, can not recall the title, early to mid 80s vintage B flick, very cheesy, about some group of street-wise homeless kids living in downtown Seattle. One of their moms was a stripper and the scene as the kids are hanging out downtown in front of the "Lusty Lady" has a bright red X1/9 zipping down the street past them. Anyone seen this cheesy flick, know the name? -Mac.

Believe it, it's there. It has been a long time since I have seen the movie, but I believe the scene is after the point where they have gone to Mexico, picked up the van made of pot, and come back across the border to go to the big 'battle of the punk bands'...
The camera pans across an intersection as one of the main characters is crossing the street, and you get a good look at a brand-new-looking white X1/9 just sitting there in traffic waiting for the light to change
As a side note, there is another movie I once saw, can not recall the title, early to mid 80s vintage B flick, very cheesy, about some group of street-wise homeless kids living in downtown Seattle. One of their moms was a stripper and the scene as the kids are hanging out downtown in front of the "Lusty Lady" has a bright red X1/9 zipping down the street past them. Anyone seen this cheesy flick, know the name? -Mac.
