Uh oh another free 124 Spider

That tells me the switch is fine and you have a problem with the left turn circuit. Make sure the bulbs are making good contact in their sockets. The taillight are notorious for rusting bult sockets.
 
yes, there was a problem with the bulbs...I had replaced the right front bulb and got the park light to work, but the turn filament was not making contact. While I was playing with the hazard flasher relay, I found the problem with the turn signals, and now they work.

I also fixed the hazard flasher relay, it had a bad capacitor, so I added another to it and now it flashes instead of buzzing.
