He gave me a ride (2 passes) and I can tell you that I have never had a ride in an X like that before (well, there was that time with my old girlfriend years ago..... anyway...back to the story).
There were a few times that I though FOR SURE we we not goint to make the next gate, but Ulix managed to pull it off!
I have only one suggestion for you, Ulix, you need to RAISE your car to clear those last couple cones
Unfortunately, my day ended in a downer..... I must have gotten too excited on the way home and puked my clutch
It feels like there is no spring tension left and the takeup is WAY near the top. I have replaced the master/slave (a few months ago) and the slave appears to operate in the full travel.
Luckily the race was only a few miles from home so I was able to limp it home (still works, just not right). I guess I know what I'll be doing here in the next couple weeks! Anyone have a similar experiance with a clutch failure?<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

This was an autocross weekend. An intermediate school on Sat. where I got a gazillion runs and learned a lot, and then the race on Sunday. Great weather too.
I have a huge bruise on the outside of my right leg from bracing myslef in my car. I need knee pads or a racing seat. Anyone have one for sale?
