Got mine off Ebay. 5 layer one. Something Armour protection. Do the X1/9 cover search.
What they call semi-custom. Was not that expensive either. Fits nicely, not too sloppy.
I guess the semi-custom is for different car types and no pockets for the mirrors. You could go custom but that will run pretty pricey.
I don't recall the seller, but I think all they do is sell covers.
I use it to cover my x1/9 for extended garage storage.
Got one for my BMW which is parked in the street. Same material (5 layer) works great to keep the elements, such as pollen and rain off the car.

I can supply a fitted car cover. There are lots of different material choices, & therefore prices, so the prices can vary quite a bit. The one I suggest to my clients is a good breathable one that is good for indoor or outdoor storage http://www.fiatplus.com/custom-fit-car-cover-pr-301217.html
I normally get them in beige, but can get them in grey or blue also.
The silver rings on the rims were part of the dealer accessory program. They came in alloy (which dents very easily), and chromed (which rusts very quickly). I currently have a few used ones in typical condition http://www.fiatplus.com/13-steel-wheel-trim-ring-pr-283587.html
