Yes it is a round plastic case with-bulbs and fuses

I think that was part of a tool kit? Honestly I've never seen one for the X but that doesn't mean anything.

I have one in my Montecarlo . It is round with a top that comes off. With a few bulbs and one of each fuse

I'm thinking that may not have been from the factory, but I'm not certain.

Memory is the Yugo came with one stock. I am sold out of those, they were rectangular.
I don't think Fiats came with one in North America.
I did have a friend in Italy pick one up with 24 volt bulbs in it for my truck. Any autostrada stop with a service department used to have them in the old days...
