Found a shop in Sun Valley CA that has TWO X1/9 windsheilds in stock and they are NEW aftermarket pieces.
Total cost, installed, is $320.00
Call 818-771-1445 and ask for Callie at Low Price Auto Glass... tell him I sent ya.
He's at 11201 Pendleton next to Pick Your Parts... and will accept cash, Master Card and Visa, no checks.
He's also NOT interested in shipping but will sell the glass on a cash and carry basis. (Around 300)
I would imagine it would cost close to 450 bucks to pack, insure, ship and then install it locally. (He charges 45 - 60 for labor)
Let me know if you have a great need or there is an extreme hardship... I could intercede.. Its 50 miles round trip for me and there would be a good deal of packing material necesary to insure it gets to you OK.
I mention all this simply to say if you have no OTHER resource... there is one available in CA... but its not really any less expensive unless you live or are traveling here.
