I start winter projects, there is my goal:
When I unscrew the injectors Allen bolts they are very easy to unscrew it is normal?
The engine look clean but when I remove the Air intake I'm able to see the cam gasket leaking, and all injectors are very dirty. :shock2:
- Replace fuel hoses rail FI and all other fuel hoses
- Send the injectors to a specialize for clean and test
- Replace Water pump (they leak)
- Replace thermostat
- Replace the original radiator by Vick Aluminum Rad kit
- Replace Head Gasket (Drop of prestone)
- Replace cam, front crank, aux shaft oil seal
- Cam box Gasket (Leak)
- Remove fuel thank and send for clean up (Reseal) They don't leak but after 25 years I'm sure they have rust inside.
- Clean up that engine
