This guy flying the kites in his 80's, and he's from Canada.
He appears at the Washington State International Kite festival every year.
His skin is like leather as he ususally flies his kites with his shirt off. He is deaf, so when he flies his kites the crowd hold their hands up and wave for their applause.
He flies 2 kites with his hands, and a third kite is attached to his waist.
