Been trying to find/buy that poster for years. Actually decades. Every time I think of, or I am reminded of the movie, I search again. Maybe someday.........
Let me know if you find TWO!Been trying to find/buy that poster for years. Actually decades. Every time I think of, or I am reminded of the movie, I search again. Maybe someday.........
I bet there are a few people who may consider paying for reproductions of that posterAbout as rare as it gets..I only know of 2 in existence that survived 45 years.

Here and there over the years so maybe someone else can start a collectors thread we can all add to it.@Greg (in Conn), have you ever posted pictures of your collection? I'd love to see it.
I paid huge money for the museum quality linen backing and glass framing professional done so no can do.I bet there are a few people who may consider paying for reproductions of that poster
But as someone stated. Willing to sell copies?I've had that poster hanging in my garage ever since I got it sent to me in 1978 by Fiat Corporate.
Back then I had just purchased my new 1978 X, which was the same color (but the one in the movie is a 1977 - note the red rear turn signal lenses). Notice how the yellow of the poster has faded a bit over the years.
I don't own the X any more (sold it to a chap who is a member here).
And no, I am not interested in parting with the poster!
Same paint and interior color as the X I owned from 78 to 83. I was 18 and on top of the world. For obvious reasons beside the cast and script. Anyone else remember? A proud, Toronto moment, and maybe one of the earliest product placements of modern times:

In case god forgets...
Well, I'd obviously need to find some local place who had the ability to scan something so large, and then to print it. And note that my poster's colors have faded somewhat, so there is the chance that copies might not look 'good enough' to suit some folks. But as someone stated. Willing to sell copies?
Odie
Looking back at old polariods of my 76, it has the same red turn signal lenses. New model releases are typically done the previous fall; 1977 models would be released in the fall of 1976. If the movie was released in Dec of 76 then the movie car would be a 76. There's a lag time of months from the filming to the release of movies. Not likely that the movie would've been filmed and released in the span of about 90 days.I've had that poster hanging in my garage ever since I got it sent to me in 1978 by Fiat Corporate.

I’d pay $20, plus costs, for sure. There are quite a few websites that create posters online just from a clear image.
Higher res the better obviously.
I get too much reflection from the
glass on the frame but here’s an example from the image I posted in the other thread.
Not just on paper either they can print out on canvas too.
Otherwise a bigger FedEx has the ability to scan / print posters.
