128 - Fuel Vapor Canister

Pulled the fuel vapor canister as found on my '76 128 (California model) and most of the cloth hoses (I believe four total) were so brittle that they literally crumbled to the touch. Does anyone happen to know where I might source these cloth hoses or other type hoses that might work (and be able to take heat given the proximity to the exhaust manifold)?

Awesome Joe! Thank you for the lead. By chance, would you happen to know the size of the hose that connects from the fuel vapor canister to the exhaust manifold plate? It looks like it may be 15mm but not sure. Thanks again!
