128/Yugo 1100 T-belt tensioner hardware

Looking for the timing belt tensioner bracket lower pivot hardware for a Fiat 128/Yugo 1100cc engine, in new or good used condition.

I specifically need the following items:

Fiat part #16043221; Lower pivot bolt, 8mm x 1.25mm thread, 20mm length.
Fiat part #11198070; Cupped washer, 8mm center hole.
Fiat part #4216610; Large metal spacer-sleeve.

I've pointed out these 3 items in this photo from the 128 1100cc parts manual:

Also acceptable would be the equivalent parts for/from a Yugo 1100cc engine. They're the same parts, but might have different (non-Fiat) part numbers (Jon?).

C. Obert's website lists the bolt & washer, but not the spacer. The MWB & Orion (Yugo) sites show nothing at all.

Nevermind...

Since this 1100 engine is a replacement for the now-dead 1300 in my daily-driver 128, I got impatient & just used a 1300 front water jacket cover plate & 1300 tensioner bearing center bolt/stud fitted onto my 1100 block. With the 1300 plate having a cast-in lower tensioner pivot/mount lug on it, problem solved!:dance:

That's pretty odd. My Yugo manuals show the same break down. However every motor I have ever worked on don't have the bolt arrangement. It's a nub that is part of the water jacket cover plate.

This is a photo of my 1500 Fiat motor which also has the nub.


I can set you up with the cover plate if you want to go that route.

I could also turn you out a spacer on the lathe.
