I just repaired and installed the head, the car runs great but I have to keep bleeding the cooling system constantly, and the engine is running a little bit too hot.
I checked all hose clamps and they are tight, I also plugged the heater hoses with the same results.
Any ideas?

When the cooling system is hot there is about 15-20psi present. If there is a leak in the system coolant will leak out. The only way for air to get into the system is from somthing of higher pressure than 18psi(like cylinder pressure). Do you have access to a coolant pressure tester?

I don't think I like the term "like cylinder pressure" Is this means, that I maybe have a cracked block, Or not a flat block surface (which means sending the block to get it surfaced) right?
Because yesterday, I called the repair shop where they overhauled the head and said that whenever they do a complete valve job they always pressure test the heads before they start the work.
I just hope that this is not the case, otherwise I will be facing a severe down time repair (also an expensive one!)
But getting back to your suggestion, will a coolant pressure tester help me to determine what is causing the air to get into the system?
If so, I can try to get one (rented) at Pep Boys, I hope I know how to use it (but that's another story)

Ive never done this on a fiat but have on other cars, You connect the pressure pump up to the resevour and have someone start the car. watch the pressure guage and if it pins the needle shut the car off and you have some kind of pressure from the cylinder. if it stays below 18-20 psi you should be alright. If not the leakage should be on some part, that has been disconnected for the job. How about retightening the headscrews? Aren't you supposed to to that after a couple of miles anyway? I heard, that Jaguars sometimes have this problem. Do you have water in the oil?

When the cooling system is hot there is about 15-20psi present. If there is a leak in the system coolant will leak out. The only way for air to get into the system is from somthing of higher pressure than 18psi(like cylinder pressure). Do you have access to a coolant pressure tester?

I don't think I like the term "like cylinder pressure" Is this means, that I maybe have a cracked block, Or not a flat block surface (which means sending the block to get it surfaced) right?
Because yesterday, I called the repair shop where they overhauled the head and said that whenever they do a complete valve job they always pressure test the heads before they start the work.
I just hope that this is not the case, otherwise I will be facing a severe down time repair (also an expensive one!)
But getting back to your suggestion, will a coolant pressure tester help me to determine what is causing the air to get into the system?
If so, I can try to get one (rented) at Pep Boys, I hope I know how to use it (but that's another story)

Ive never done this on a fiat but have on other cars, You connect the pressure pump up to the resevour and have someone start the car. watch the pressure guage and if it pins the needle shut the car off and you have some kind of pressure from the cylinder. if it stays below 18-20 psi you should be alright. If not the leakage should be on some part, that has been disconnected for the job. How about retightening the headscrews? Aren't you supposed to to that after a couple of miles anyway? I heard, that Jaguars sometimes have this problem. Do you have water in the oil?
