In the unofficial/official guide, it was done replacing the fiat shifter with the honda. If I go this route, I am trying to figure out how to go about doing the shifter before the engine. If I do, it would appear that the rods would be in the way. because I am sure this will come in and out many times through its life, I would rather have an easier way. make a 2 piece sleeve for both? would that work?
the other option owuld be to use the fiat shifter and graft a way to bolt the honda shifter rod to that right at the point of the lollipop of the fiat. if I go that route what would I do with the "reference" secondary rod of the honda? connect it to the fiat firewall or tunnel? run it all the way up to the fiat shifter?
