Looking for a BC only Euro spec car in stock RED with Camel or black interior. Repaint ok if NO TRACE OF ORIGINAL COLOR can be seen ANYWHERE. Must have 1608 motor with stock dual 40mm Weber IDF's and turtleback filter housing. Following modifications are acceptable: slight lowering with stock springs supplied, newer shocks, AC if not butchered during installation, aftermarket exhaust. I know this is a "dream list" but I'm willing to pay a premium for the right car. Look on BaT to get an idea of what they go for. Cash in hand.

Good luck! I’m still collecting parts to restore my ‘71 BC. I fell in love with these in high school and finally found a solid one to restore. Hope you find one that meets everything on your list!

I believe I saw one on FB for sale in Europe.
 
Several years ago there was one with damage sitting by the Buttonwillow race track. I believe it belonged to the Snow brothers; was in a vintage racing incident, towed to the side and just left there for years. Although it was a race prepped car it was fairly returnable to stock, aside from the body damage. Salvageable but back then no one cared. No idea what ever happened to it but I'm sure it is long gone by now. Last time I saw it (~10-15 years years ago) some parts had already been stripped from it.

Frank, I have to agree with my buddy "FastX19", that is a rather specific wish list. ;)
 
Very specific list indeed.
In the event you could “lower” your standards just a bit, There is a listing in California. Pretty close to what you are looking for.

Good Memory! There is one for sale in Portici (Naples area) that fits my list very well but I'm not too crazy about importing one. It would come close to $25,000 to Las Vegas door to door.

Thanks, I'm 75 now and don't want to compromise. The '67 Spider in my log on picture is my last effort that ended up taking close to three years. It's what I'd consider a low end daily driver except it would get old quickly driven every day.

Yup just talked to the owner he sent me these pics just now. No BS he is about to confirm a B.A.T. listing un lesss you want to negotiate before it goes on BAT? I have the owners contact number.

You guys lack imagination. I was watching the Motortrend program last night where they cut a Pantera body in half to fit over a new chassis. On that Fiat coupe you just need to do a little patching.
