Cab Cover ideas

I am thinking of making a cab cover for my X. Often I want to leave the top off, but don't want to have leaves and cats to enter the car while I am away. So I was thinking of making a Cab Cover. It would help with the summer heat too. Has anyone seen a cover for the X?? Any photos or ideas would be appreciated.

Personnally, I am always struggling for luggage space in my car and would not want to carry a bulky tarp... Plus i've developped a 30 second one-man technique to put the targa back on and i'm happy.

On the other hand i am a compulsive buyer... who knows...

Cab Cover

The O.E. cover for the Jeep is very lightweight material. I expect that for the X19 it would stuff into a 4 X 6 inch sack. Perhaps even smaller.

I am working on a top as well

I bought some waterproofed nylon off Ebay and my wife is going to handle the sewing. The project is going very slow, it's been in the works for over a year now. :)
 
Geez Jim......

....You oughta get her a sewing machine. It will probably take her another two years if you make her stitch it all by hand.
 
I want a custom cover

Machine made is for regular cars, not exotics like the X. :)
