Can anyone in CA ID this X

My sister is currently working at Dreamworks and came across this X in the parking garage. She said she saw the owner, but didn' t get a chance to talk with him. She will try to track him down for us. In the mean time.. she sent this picture she snapped as she drove by the car.

So we have a redish, 74ish X1/9. License plate REVOLT2. Did I mention this X is electric? Anyone already know this X?
