So, I used to me more active in the Xweb site with all the X1/9's I have had over the years. I have had my 850 for over 30 years, and kept it instead of the X1/9's. Miss the X1/9, but other opportunities came up, so something had to go. I have been restoring my 850, and just getting finished up. I didn't even realize that there was a 850 forum here! Nice. Will be posting some 850 and x1/9 stuff on the for sale area, and have a 850 dash on eBay right now. Real excited to see an interest in the old 850.
 
Cool. Looking forward to seeing your 850. I've had mine 19 years, I bought it from the original owner so I'm only the second owner.

Here are a few quick shots, one from it was being painted, and one from this last winter. moving it to the shop.

I got this car for my girlfriend in 1979 from the original owner. kept the car and lost the girl friend, ,,,, she has wanted the car back ever since....
