Efficiancy Q.

I would say no.

Physics would dictate you can put more particles into a space the slower they move, in other words, the colder they are the less space they take.

Just my off hand thought.

Would this help?

If you Google "gas vapor carburetor" you will find a lot of stories and information/misinformation. I'm not sure if that is exactly what you are looking for but the general theory that was/is being put forth by some individuals is that fuel vapor is somehow more efficient than atomized fuel.

For example: there was a guy named Tom Ogle that died mysteriously (I think the insinuation was that "big oil" had him killed) that had supposedly developed one of these miracle 200MPG gas vapor devices.

Here's one of a guy debunking the grand father of fuel vapor carburetors Charles Nelson Pouge

There are probably a lot of devices in the US Patent Database (which is free access BTW at uspto.gov or use any of the patent search engines) as well if you do a search.

It's entertaining stuff to read (at least I think so) but don't expect there to be any real science behind it.

Hope this helps!
