Engine Wanted

I have a '79 (carbureted) x-1/9 that needs an engine. I am located in Vermont and would prefer to be able to pitck it up rather than have to deal with shipping. Any thoughts??

One for sale

There is one for sale in Toronto (Canada) a bit of a drive but maybe worth it as it includes the 5 speed. I've emailed for info as I'm looking for a 1500 bottom end, but haven't heard back.

Perhaps you can buy this one complete, and I'll but your bottom end, if its not the reason you need a new motor

Hmmmm... Good price, appears to be a 49 State...

1500 with NO smog pump.

I see the trans is loose and it appears to be very well CLEANED... which is kinda curious.

I'd certainly contact the seller and see what kinda guarantee he'll provide. Shipping could be an issue as well.
