Engine's all apart! Need specs

Got my tax return, my X is at my mechanic's, got the engine all apart! Parked it due to a blown head gasket in november. Head gasket was actually installed wrong due to previous owner (go figure) and turns out my engine needs more than I thought (main bearings, clutch, honing cylinder liners, etc.). Anyways, I need head bolt tightening sequences and torques and can't find a manuel anywhere. Also, stock and preferred valve lash clearences for 1500?
