I found a great replacement for the exhaust hanger springs. I've had these in there quite a few years now. Always meant to post this but lost track of exactly what springs I used.
Puttering in the garage yesterday and came across these, an extra package I bought but didn't use.
This is a Century Spring C-175. Century Springs are available (at least here in California) in most decent and better hardware stores.
The red stuff on the original spring was my attempt to quiet it with high temp RTV. (it didn't work).
