Ha! Can I call it manpower?
My wife thought I looked so funny that she decided to snap this photo while I was working
(literally) inside the engine bay. I didn't think it was so funny, but...
Here you see me hard at work replacing all the tarnished hardware with nice shiny stainless
and chrome. Hanging over the engine cover you see a couple black shields drying,
but the day before, there were about 30 pieces hanging. Looked like an X1/9 Christmas Tree.
Below the car you see my transmission that I repainted 3 years ago, which held up nicely,
and to the right of the battery is my engine. You'll see that in due time, as I'm still
dressing it up to compete against all my XWeb buddies at FFO this August.
Ahhem, the wheel wells will be pretty by then too...
