Serhiy Luchkey
True Classic
Hi all. Long time lurker finally decided to introduce myself and my projects. I’m probably posting in the wrong thread and
so I apologize for that. Here we go
Black is 78 and yellow is 81, both with swapped engines out of 2012 Fiat 500 with automatic transmission
Vancouver, Wawhoa, awesome!! Would love to see more about the motor swaps. Where are you located?
welcome to the forum!
I did both swaps by myself in my garage. I’ll be posting more once I figure out how to post here. Is it possible to post video?sweet!
Did you do the swaps yourself? A build thread with lots of photos and details would be great.
Any issues still to be worked out, or everything working as it should?
Basically, you need to upload your video to Youtube and post the link on Xweb.I did both swaps by myself in my garage. I’ll be posting more once I figure out how to post here. Is it possible to post video?

I am not sure the dash is from a Fiat 500. Serhiy will have to let us in on more of the details.I'm not surprised by the "ABS unavailable" message but I did not know that the Fiat 500 only has a 6K redline.
This is about the most creative way I've seen to end up with an X with an automatic, Show use more!

In order for ABS to work it needs all 4 ABS sensor and I only have 2 front ones installed, enough for speedometer and transmission to workI am not sure the dash is from a Fiat 500. Serhiy will have to let us in on more of the details.
Turbo Fiat is going to be my third build. Abarth is next, already have one coming. The issue is to find X1/9 to swap it into.going into business?
X1/9 with an Abarth motor would be badass!
