Fiat 500 wheels on Yugo?

They can be fit to an X1/9 (have a look at the Abarth motored X thread) with spacers. You may need some as well to them to fit properly as they are a bit wider than our old car wheels.

They should be a direct fit FWD and FWD. That said, I ran my X1/9 wheels on my Yugos for years and they stand out quite proud so the 500 FWD offset should tuck them in nicely. As Karl says though, you may need spacers but if I had to bet I would bet they fit with just the factory 5mm spacer.
When I had Yugos and considered 500 wheels the 14x6 was my wheel of choice Tirerack has a great selection of theses wheels at pretty fair prices.
I would find someone I know with a 500 and do a swap and check clearance.
Let us know if you do go that way I will do likewise.
Regards

Spacers would be no problem. Sure would like to get into 15" tires. If I can find some to try out I'll post an update.

Burrito put some steel 500 wheels on his 128. Somewhere in this thread I think:

if not there, then it's here

And by the way Photobucket:

What has Furman University got to do with the photo boondoggle? Want hear a better one? I paid the extortion money to my old phone carrier and sprang my wife's new phone for use on the new carrier. Then reset the loaner for return... Wiped the photos!
Now I am leaning about data recovery...
Sometimes I don't like to learn!
