FIAT emblems for free

True Classic
bored rainy day
found logo on internet
sized it, printed on photopaper, cut out, sprayed with fixative front and back, sealed edges with fixative and stuck on car.
I expect them to last for 15 years or the first rainy day or heavy dew, whichever comes first.
Hey, what d'ya expect? I said FREE.
Total time invested: maybe 20 minutes.

Yeah, you'd actually have to get about 6" from it to know it isn't real. Looked better before I hit it with sealer, it was glossy and smooth, the sealer was matte and I wasn't about to go BUY glossy protectant!

BTW
front struts and 4 mounts ordered, will order the rears next week!
 
you could try to accomplish the same thing but using vinyl printed. contact Scott (the guy I bought my car from) he has a sign&vinyl shop maybe he could make a run of them. Id buy
 
Since I hear the $35 a pop ones fade out in a month or so anyway, And this:
ebay auction for a $125 emblem is a bit steep too,
I'm not throwing big money at 'em. I'll debadge the old girl first.
Maybe I'll make some Bertrone ones....
Wait...corvette! I had some Vette flag emblems on magnets I would stick on my Opel GT, people really got confused.
Ferrari maybe.
 
Been two months and they still look passable. Crazy. Starting to fade a bit but remarkably still intact after 60 days outside and in the weather. Silly.
